Regulation Restricting Employment from Pharmaceutical Industries of the Employment in PMDA
When the PMDA(Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency)was established in December 2002 based on the PMDA Act, we conducted lobbying activities to oppose the Act's enactment,and achieved the regulation restricting employment in the PMDA from pharmaceutical industries.
In 2007,industries intensified their activities to deregulate restrictions on employment in the PMDA.
Therefore, we submitted an opinion paper opposing this in 2007.
