YAKUGAI Ombudsperson "Medwatcher Japan" is the private medical supply supervisory system.
In July 2005, we submitted an opinion paper regarding clinical tests.
Based on the "Act on Protection of Patients Subject to Clinical Tests," we strongly asserted that a thorough monitoring system is necessary, a system which covers not only clinical tests but also any research where humans are targeted.
